Kima Otung
Kima is an independent, Welsh-Nigerian Pop / R&B music artist. Kima’s music was chosen by the Welsh Government to be showcased at The World Cup 2022, and she has performed at BAFTA and Budweiser’s BRIT Awards showcase. Her music has been featured multiple times on ITV’s Love Island, BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing as well as shows on MTV, Amazon Prime, Channel 4 and Sky.
Kima is also a trained corporate lawyer, her training was carried out at a global leading law firm and she has worked for multinational clients such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, IBM and Blackstone.
Kima decided to quit her legal role to pursue a music career and she was shocked by what she found – an industry that is not built for the creators that sustain it. Kima wanted to be part of the change, she’s passionate about creating ethical infrastructure in the music industry that prioritises and advances the artists.

Dan owns and runs leading digital agency, Ryland. Dan is an AI Product Engineer with over 10 years of expert app and web user experience (UX) design and development across the public, private and third sectors.
With clients ranging from Google, Ford, GSK, the NHS and Essence to startups and emerging companies, Dan builds digital products and provides expert advice and services on business strategy, digital transformation and user experience.
Dan is also a drummer and has performed in notable venues and festivals across the UK.
