Insidr is a digital service operated by Insidr Limited, registered in Colwyn Bay, North Wales (Company No. 14598128).
We value your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and transparently.
1. What data we collect
We collect the following information depending on how you use our service:
- Artist Accounts: Name, email, profile information, subscription settings, content uploaded, payout details.
- Fan Accounts: Name, email, subscription information, login details, and access permissions.
- Payments: All payment information is handled securely by Stripe, who processes and stores payment data on our behalf.
- Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not collect personal information.
We do not sell your personal information.
We only contact you regarding your account or the Insidr service.
Artists retain ownership of content uploaded to Insidr, but grant us the rights necessary to display and deliver that content within the app, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
2. How we protect your data
We use:
- Strong passwords
- Two-factor authentication where possible
- Encrypted connections
- Secure third-party providers (Stripe, Cloudflare)
3. Your right to delete your data
Every user has the right to request deletion of their personal data from Insidr at any time.
You can delete your data in two ways:
A. Self-service deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly from within the app:
- Sign in to your Insidr account (web, iOS, or Android).
- Go to Profile
- Select Delete user
- Confirm your deletion request.
This will permanently delete your account, profile information, subscriptions, and all personal data associated with your login.
B. Request deletion by email
If you prefer, you can request data deletion by contacting us directly:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Insidr account
We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once complete.
4. Removing uploaded content
Artists and creators can remove their uploaded content at any time through the delete/remove actions available within the web, iOS, or Android apps.
